Who I am
I am an designer who is passionate about turning complex problems into simple, meaningful experiences. My work is grounded in user research, design principles, and scalable design systems.
I've launched seven products by applying design thinking and collaborating closely with both technical and nontechnical teams.
Outside of product design, I enjoy building AI automations workflows, synthesizing large datasets, and developing new ideas through Agenticrew, my AI Automation agency.
2011
Bing Search Engine
Designed and optimized UI for Bing’s search experience, including web, travel, iPad, and ad interfaces, improving ad presentation and driving measurable increases in weekly revenue.
2012
Consumer Mobile Apps
Collaborated with an incubator team to conceptualize and design bite-size mobile “snack apps,” two of which successfully launched on the App Store.
2013
Work Management SaaS
Collaborated with the founder and development team of Kerika on a work management solution that successfully launched, achieved product-market fit, and continues to thrive today.
2015
Conencted Car Applications
Led the design of two connected car apps for Honda—HondaLink and AcuraLink—evolving them over three years to support 30+ features and EV integration. Both apps launched successfully and remain available on major app stores.
2016
Automotive Apps Catalog
Designed the App Catalog and third-party in-car applications for Toyota and Lexus infotainment systems, launched across millions of vehicles worldwide.
2019
In-car E-commerce
Designed the first in-car e-commerce platform, leading user and usability testing for the design team. Successfully launched across multiple GM and Stellantis vehicles and recognized with innovation awards.
2021
FinTech Apps
Designed an integrated banking, credit card, mortgage, and insurance application, collaborating across departments and managing external vendors. Helped organize the team into agile squads and successfully launched the mobile apps within 12 months.
2022
VPN SaaS
Designed a mesh VPN solution along with two native desktop apps, two mobile apps, and a Zendesk help center, delivering a competitive product launch within two years.
2024
Visual Studio Co-Pilot
Worked on implimenting GitHub Copilot for Visual Studio and an new workflow for upgrading .NET Version with AI.
